The annual PRCA Marvelous Xtreme Bull Madness proudly presented by The Colby Lofthouse Memorial Scholarship on behalf of a young man who grew up in Vernal, UT and Belfield, ND. Colby was in an accident in 2015 and was unable to recover. In memory of Colby, Ben and Tonja Lofthouse contribute scholarships for high school students to further their education. Items Not Allowed
