Movie of the Mind - Dr. Al Silberman presents "Awakenings" about a doctor who helps patients suffering from post-encephalitic syndrome. The patients were victims of an encephalitis epidemic that left them catatonic. The doctor, Dr. Malcom Sayer (Robin Williams) discovers that the drug L-DOPA can help awaken the patients.
