Island Tailgate provides a top tier tailgate experience to all Jets & Giants home games throughout football season, as well as Summer concert series and more. Skip the train, save on the tolls and parking passes - our premier buses depart from Mulcahy’s in Wantagh (directly beneath the Wantagh LIRR Station) to the stadium lot and back again. Tailgate includes full BBQ/buffet + beers, seltzers, and soft drinks.


CHECK IN & DEPARTURE: available 45 mins before departure, with latest arrival 15 mins before departure. Buses will not wait for latecomers. If you would like to use the bus storage for larger items, or want to claim your seats - please arrive on the earlier side. Buses are assigned, seats are first come first claim. Please check in with staff to receive your wristband before boarding. Island Tailgaters are welcome to bring additional drinks and tailgate supplies - again, please arrive promptly to check in if you intend to use the bus storage.

RETURN TRIP: Buses will leave from the same drop-off point 30 mins after the event has ended. Tailgaters will be on the same bus there and back, and can keep items on the bus (during the event) at their own discretion. All buses are equipped with bathrooms.


ALL AGES: Although there is no alternative pricing, all ages are permitted - must be 21+ to drink. One way bus transportation is also permitted, but at no discount - please contact us if you plan on doing this.


GROUP NAMES & BUS ASSIGNMENTS: We send multiple buses to our tailgates. If you and your friends are on separate tickets orders, please follow the group instructions so that we assign you to the same bus. If you are on the same order (e.g. you buy 4 tickets in one transaction/under one name) you are automatically assigned to the same bus - no need to create a group name.


TAILGATE ONLY: We offer two ticket types; ‘Full Transport’ tickets include round trip bus seat + food & drink tailgate package, ‘Tailgate Only’ is just the food & drink tailgate package. Tailgate Only is a great option if you are making your own way, or meeting friends at the stadium who still want to participate in the tailgate. TGO customers receive a wristband that grants access to the coolers and buffet section. Due to inventory, these tickets must still be booked in advance, and are not available to purchase at the stadium.
