Guacamole & Salsa Challenge details: attendees will be broken into groups where tables will be setup with ingredients to make their own version of salsa & guac within a certain amount of time. A team of judges will determine the best tasting creations then everyone can enjoy all the samples before dining on the taco bar extravaganza.
