Part One - Raising Our Leadership Quotient Bad leaders ruin good people and organizations. Good leaders help people and organizations thrive. Any leader can transition into good leadership with the right tools and learning. This seminar reviews leadership literature and research on exemplary leadership and provides essential perspectives and practices that optimize the performance of the collective. Participants will: • Review how and why good leadership matters. • Evaluate different leadership styles and behaviors. • Develop a language and holistic model for exemplary leadership. Part Two - Cultivating Wisdom Wisdom is considered the highest level of human understanding and is essential for navigating complex dilemmas. Unfortunately, the mystique often associated with wisdom gives the impression that it is reserved for the gifted, which is only reinforced by the fact that wise leaders seem to be few and far apart. This seminar highlights that wisdom is attainable and open to those who pursue what is needed to be especially skilled at living. This seminar provides principles to understand, acquire, practice, and teach wisdom and cultivate wise work environments and solutions.
