WindSync Description
WindSync is a vibrant wind quintet with a fresh take on traditional wind music. Their selection of repertoire covers classical, familiar, and newly commissioned pieces, all aiming to share captivating stories from music history and human experiences. WindSync is all about artistry, education, and community-building. They've won some impressive awards, like top prizes at the Concert Artists Guild Victor Elmaleh Competition and the Fischoff National Chamber Music Competition as well as the 2022 Fischoff Ann Divine Educator Award. They're also known for their international touring projects and coaching at prestigious universities and conservatories. The group's recordings include “All Worlds, All Times,” and "WindSync Plays Miguel del Aguila," which was recorded at the legendary Abbey Road Studios and hit the number 1 spot on the Billboard Traditional Classical chart in 2024.
