Description

For over 20 years Joy Foundation has been bringing the arts to the public in Utah. Join us for our annual Magic On The Sidewalk, Bountiful Chalk Art Festival Where over 200 artists will share their work with the public.

Registered artists must be age 10 and over, artists under the age of 18 are required to have a parent or guardian present to sign a waiver upon check-in
