www.dramatist.com Inspired by Lorraine Hansberry's "A Raisin in the Sun," this provocative satire is set in a house in Chicago.  In Act I, (1959), Russ and Bev are moving to the suburbs and selling their home to the neighborhood's first black family.  Act II, set 50 years later in 2009, takes place in the same house as the now predominately black neighborhood grapples with the pressures of gentrification.
