Description

Imagine if you could enjoy in some of the best food in America….all in one night. Impossible you say? Absolutely not we say.

We are flying in five individual courses from some of the best restaurants and purveyors in the country. The unique dining experience will be curated by the Jersey Shore’s own Chris Brandl, owner of Brandl Restaurant in Belmar.

We’ll start the evening with a reception featuring Jumbo Meatballs from Filomena in Washington, DC. Since first opening its doors in the heart of Georgetown in 1983, Filomena Ristorante has become one of Washington, DC’s most beloved and iconic Italian restaurants. Filomena’s family-recipe meatballs are made fresh daily with a blend of Black Angus beef and hanger steak, and are covered with Filomena’s signature Sunday Tomato Sauce!

First Course is the legendary Seafood Gumbo from Commander’s Palace in New Orleans. Nestled in the heart of New Orleans’ tree-lined Garden District, Commander’s Palace has been serving legendary Haute Creole cuisine since 1893 and is the winner of seven James Beard Foundation awards. Emeril Lagasse, Paul Prudhomme, Jamie Shannon, Tory McPhail, and now Meg Bickford are just some of the chefs who have commanded the kitchen over the years.

Second Course presents Pacific Wild Spot Prawns from Pike Place Fish Market in Seattle, Washington. These cold water prawns have a natural sweet flavor, are extremely versatile and are great to just peel and eat raw. Located in Seattle’s Pike Place Market since 1930, Pike Place Fish Market has endured as the local favorite for fresh, wild, premium Pacific seafood.

Third Course features Pure Bred Lamb Roast from The French Laundry in Napa California.
Chef Thomas Keller and shepherd Keith Martin developed Pure Bred Lamb on the principles of respectful and humane treatment of the animals. Pure Bred lambs are raised respectfully throughout their lives, experiencing very little stress and moderate, but consistent activity. This method results in lamb that is tender, pure in flavor and consistent in texture. The French Laundry is one of the most acclaimed restaurants in the world. It has earned 3 Michelin Stars, Wine Spectators Grand Award, Forbes Five Star and AAA Five Diamond Awards.

Dessert Course offers Ina Garten’s Coconut Cake originally from Barefoot Contessa in East Hampton, New York. This snow-white coconut layer cake is layered with cream cheese icing and coated in shredded coconut with a hint of almond extract that really puts it over the top! Back in 1978, Ina Garten purchased a little specialty food store called Barefoot Contessa in the Hamptons. Today, she is one of Food Network’s biggest stars, the author of 12 bestselling cookbooks, and one of the most trusted and beloved names in food.

All courses will be paired with complimentary wines.
